Yellow Barn SF, Dryden
Damp, misty morning — very atmospheric!
Intense gloomy light.
The high point of this hike is a series of very large fields that we walk around — they provide nice open views and they offer a great contrast to the otherwise closed-in and gloomy character of the rest of the walk
Unfortunately the grass was quite high and wet and no one wanted to venture in — so it was a one-note walk this time rather than a varied one
But the moody atmospherics almost made up for this.
